Homework Tote

image
Last year I showed you this homework tote that I made for my children.  We used it all year long and will be using it again this year!  It is such a great tool for getting homework done more efficiently!

Take one of those drink holders like from Sonic or whatever drive through.  Other items to use for this would be cans, blank notebooks, and office supplies shown above.  I covered everything with pretty matching paper and embellished it a bit!  I was going with the thought that prettier supplies might make homework not so bad?

Here is a view of how it all came together!  Go here to get further instructions if you need it.  However, I think it’s a pretty easy idea to pull together and one that is so useful!

I have a Sonic drink carrier sitting in my craft room right now waiting on a makeover! How funny. I love the drink holders from Sonic because they're made out of legit cardboard, so they're heavy duty.

You've got good kids. LOL my 6 year old would 'love' a cardboard carrier to pieces within a week. I can't wait for her to get older so that I can provide things like this for her. Until then, all things sturdy.
